Series Info

MNM is a competitive but fun IRacing series held on a variety of tracks in the Global Mazda MX-5 Cup on Iracing. With 26 points races, and 7 non-points recruitment races, we have a 33 race season ahead of us. Six tracks are paid add-ons (Spa, COTA, Daytona, Monza, Road Atlanta, and Road America).

As of right now anyone is welcome to come race, but in order to receive event passwords and championship points, you must head to #sign-up-mnm and register a car number (that you must set as your preferred number for the global mazda mx-5 inside the paint tab of iracing).

MNM Will begin Mondays at 7pm MST (6 PST 8 CST 9 EST), Where a 22 minute practice session will be held, followed up by an 8 minute solo 2-lap qualifying, 2-4 separated 5 min heats, and a 15 minute feature. All entrants make it to the final. Tracks will be randomly selected by a random wheel generator one minute before the event. Qualifying will be 10 min on tracks with +2:30 min lap times.

Teams

01

First ten from draft

The first ten teams got two members from the draft, each with a captain from the top ten of s1 and a pick, but need one more to be a valid team of three.

Open until race 20

Any person but top ten s1 drivers can start or move teams until round 20 of season 2.

Livery

Each team needs a name, a color scheme, and an image they want displayed on the car.

Championship

Teams will be scored at the end of the season to see who takes home the constructors title.

Unintentional contact that causes a driver to lose one position: One position Penalty.
Unintentional contact that causes a driver to lose 2-10 positions: Three position Penalty.
Unintentional contact that causes a driver to drop to last: Five position Penalty.
Failing to yield to blue flag: No penalty, however drivers on the lead lap are allowed to move you out of the way
30x incidents: 10s penalty
50x incidents: DQ and Race Ban
Intentional jump start: DQ and Race Ban
Intentional contact: DQ and Race Ban Per Incident.
Retaliation: DQ and Race Ban.
Intentional COURSE Cutting: DQ and Race Ban
Waiting for the leaders to come around in order to crash them? Permanent Ban from Series.
Other people using your account to race is not allowed. Any penalty received applies to you regardless.
